Who designed Miss Universe, also Miss Venezuela, yellow gown/dress for the Miss Universe pageant?

I LOVED Miss Venezuela’s yellow dress at the Miss Universe pageant. Could you please tell me who designed it or what brand it is????? I would just die to know. THANKS!

I loved her dress also!!! It was gorgeous! Unfortunetly I don’t know who designed it. However, I WILL find out and when I do, I’ll let u know:)
