Then make 13 runed copper belts to bring you to skill level 100. 5 Silver rods will bring you to 105. 20 rough bronze leggings will then bring you to a total of 125 in blacksmithing.
Level 125 – 200 WoW Blacksmithing Guide
Start by creating 50 heavy grinding stones. Don’t forget to train once you hit level 150 or you will waste materials. Next, make 5 golden rods, 10 green iron leggings, and 25 green iron bracers. Finally, make 10 golden scale bracers until you reach blacksmithing to 200.
Level 200 – 275 WoW Blacksmithing Guide
First, start making truesilver rods. Make about 5 of them, and then start making about 15 solid grinding stones. From 210 until 225 make about 15 heavy mithril gauntlets. Level 275 – 350 WoW Blacksmithing Guide
As soon as you reach 300, make sure to train from your factions’s Hellfire Peninsula trainer. From 275 – 290, make 20 imperial plate bracers. This level takes you into the new expansion pack. Make sure to train with the new Northrend trainer when you reach 375. Start making cobalt belts and cobalt bracers. Then make a few cobalt helms. By now you should be close to 375. Reinforced cobalt chestpieces will bring you to 420, and then make savage saronite hauberk and daunting handguards that will eventually bring you to 450.

Could plate armor stop a 9mm round?
Would a 9mm FMJ round be able to penetrate 1/6 of an inch of hardned steel, like on a medieval breastplate?
Like a hot knife through butter it will! Medieval armor was often “proofed” against bullets before offered for sale. There would be a small dent in the breastplate where a bullet was shot at the armor and bounced off leaving the mark. These “proof marks” showed that the armor was of good quality. The effectiveness of the crude firearms used for these proofing exercises pale in comparison to the high-velocity, high powered rounds used in todays firearms. You’d be hard-pressed to find any medeival armor that would stop even a medium-powered modern bullet.
